Eyelash extensions & allergic reactions - everything you need to know.

Allergic reactions to classic, Russian and Hybrid lashes are very rare - but can happen. A reaction usually happens within 48 hours of them being applied. Swelling and itchiness around the lash line would be the main symptoms. Being in the lash industry nearly 11 years now, it has only ever happened to a couple of clients, this is how rare it is!

If you have reacted in the past to eyelash extensions - it is very likely it will happen again!

Q: Can you do a patch test to see if i react?

A: Yes we can try, however most clients will not show any reaction to the patch test but once the extensions are applied they can still react once a full set of lashes have been applied.

Q: Can i get a refund if i have an allergic reaction?

A: Unfortunately an allergic reaction is out of our control so we do not offer refunds. Please make sure you are entirely sure this is service you would like to have before investing in the treatment.

If an allergic reaction does occur, you will need to have the lashes professionally removed at the cost of £15.00.

Cancellation policy

Due to high demand, if you cancel within 48 hours with you will be charged 50% of your treatment, If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged full price. 

Christmas appointments: cancel within 72 hours you will be charged 50% of your treatment due to it being a busy period for Bex.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will still be charged full price.
